We are on the hunt for a driven, confident and solutions‑focused Customer Solutions Representative to join our sales team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with 3+ years’ experience in capital goods, equipment sales or similar industries, who thrives on creating value for customers and shaping commercially strong outcomes.
Working closely with the Customer Solutions Manager, you will take ownership of sales and margin targets, actively promote QTK Group’s capabilities, and manage a portfolio of key accounts. You will also play a pivotal role in new business development, identifying opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their operational needs.
This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, thinks creatively, and brings energy to every customer interaction.
The Ideal Candidate
You are a confident communicator with a strong understanding of the sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through to solution development, negotiation and long‑term account management. You enjoy building trusted relationships and can quickly identify how our products and services can solve real‑world customer challenges.
You bring initiative, commercial maturity, and a proactive mindset. You’re comfortable travelling interstate, supporting trade events, and representing QTK Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.
About Your Experience
- 3+ years’ sales experience in capital equipment, machinery, transport solutions or related industries
- Proven capability in new business development and account management
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to communicate, negotiate and influence effectively
- High level of initiative with strong planning, organizational and time‑management skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
- Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Current driver’s license
